    • Teacher's Instruction
    1. Teacher should teach text document completely.
    2. Teacher should make the students use the given story (Story for Exercise-1.odt file). Students only need to insert the picture in between the text by using the wrap text option.
    3. Teachers should clarify the difference between text document table creation and spread sheet.
    4. Formulas can be used in text documents also though to a lesser extent compared to Spreadsheet.
    5. Students can create a table by specifying the numbers of rows and columns.
    6. Teachers should ensure that all the work is done by the student. (like Highlighting, shadowing the text etc.).
    7. Teachers can allow students to complete the exercise in a group.
